The Vrihedd brigade was an elven division of the 4th Horse Cavalry, Nilfgaardian mounted troops commanded by Major General Markus Braibant. Their emblem consisted of silver lightning bolts on their sleeves. It was led by Isengrim Faoiltiarna.

During the animated cutscene "Pursuing the Wild Hunt", Geralt mentions that, following the Peace of Cintra, fifty-three (of the fifty-five) of the brigade's officers were brought to the Ravine of the Hydra and executed. The two who survived were Iorveth and Isengrim.
